PURPOSE: A reference voltage circuit and electronic equipment are provided to operate under lower current while being deteriorated in power supply rejection ratio. CONSTITUTION: An ED type voltage reference circuit includes N channel depletion type MOS transistors(2,3) and an N channel enhancement type MOS transistor(1). A cascode circuit is interposed between a current source terminal(101) and the ED type voltage reference circuit The N channel depression type MOS transistor is comprised of a plurality of N channel depression type MOS transistors. The cascode circuit is comprised of the N channel depression type MOS transistor. The gate of the N channel depression type MOS transistor is connected to one of the contacts of the N channel depression type MOS transistors.
