PURPOSE: An organic thin film transistor is provided to improve an electrical property by decreasing a driving voltage and a threshold voltage. CONSTITUTION: A source electrode and a drain electrode are formed on a substrate(110). An active layer(140) is formed between the source electrode and the drain electrode. An organic insulating layer(150) is arranged between the source electrode and, the drain electrode, and the active layer. A gate electrode controls the active layer. The organic insulating layer is arranged between the active layer and the gate electrode.
