CALIBRATION UNIT AND WORKING SYSTEM HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A calibration unit and a working system including the same are provided to guarantee reliability in spite of repeated use by preventing calibration or deformation of a calibration jig. CONSTITUTION: A calibration unit comprises a calibration jig(10), a beam irradiating unit(20), a vision sensor(30), and a controller(40). The calibration jig has a curved calibration plane. The beam irradiating unit beam(22) irradiates beam on a calibration plane. The vision sensor photographs the beam irradiated on the calibration plane to produce beam images. The controller controls the posture of the equipment to match reference images and beam images.
