WASTE HEAT FREQUENCY AND WHITE LEAD REDUCTION SYSTEM OF SLUDGE DRYER

PURPOSE: A system for reclaiming waste heat in a sludge dryer and reducing white lead is provided to enable reuse of waste heat discharged from a drier and to prevent environmental contamination by reducing white lead. CONSTITUTION: A system for reclaiming waste heat in a sludge dryer and reducing white lead includes a first heat exchanger(200) in which waste heat flows in from a composting process; a water-cooled heat reclaiming apparatus(320) for heating and supplying water recycled through a water pipe(662) by waste heat of the first heat exchanger; an air-cooled heat reclaiming apparatus(340) for heating the air filled thereinside by flowing in waste heat discharged after water heating and re-supplying a part of a high temperature air to the first heat exchanger; a gas inflow pipe(620) for re-supplying the air inside the first heat exchanger to a dryer(100); a tank(400) for storing warm water provided from the water-cooled heat reclaiming apparatus; and a white lead removing part(500).
