FORMING METHOD FOR DISPLAY DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING APPARATUS FOR THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for forming the patterns of a display apparatus and a pattern forming apparatus thereof are provided to prevent the damage occurring when separating a substrate from a mold. CONSTITUTION: A pattern definition film is formed on a surface of a mold(200), and an air gun(410) is inclined at 30~40°in relation to a horizontal surface. The air gun sprays high pressure gas between the substrate and the mold. An absorbing pad absorbs a rear plane of the mold in order to apply shear stress between the substrate and the mold by using the air gun. The absorption pad twists and pulls the rear plane of the mold.
