PURPOSE: A jig for manufacturing a head cover of a hydraulic unit is provided to improve work efficiency using a single exclusive jig though the size of a hydraulic unit head cover is changed. CONSTITUTION: A jig for manufacturing a head cover of a hydraulic unit comprises a prop(60) installed on the jig base. A bottom part(61) of the prop is fixed on the jig base. A middle lower part(62) is attached to or separated from the bottom part. The diameter of the middle lower part is adjusted according to the size of the hydraulic unit head cover. A cone-shaped combining projection of the bottom part is inserted into a middle hole. The middle lower part is radially divided into three pieces around the middle hole. Two coil spring grooves(64) are formed on the exterior of the middle lower part. The coil spring(65) is rolled with a coil spring groove. |
