PURPOSE: A power supply device of an image device for preventing the damage of various components at high temperature is provided to shut down a main power unit in a protection circuit by using a themistor. CONSTITUTION: A standby power supply unit(30) supplies necessary DC power to a circuit unit. A main power supply unit(50) processes the input DC power according to the operation control signal of the standby power supply unit. A high temperature protection circuit unit(70) is installed between the standby power supply unit and the main power supply unit. The high temperature protection circuit unit shuts down the main power supply unit by the control of the operation control signal.
