PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive for preventing the damage of a first electrode and a conductive part is provided to prevent the reduction of the lifetime of the first electrode and the conductive part by the change of the conductive part. CONSTITUTION: If a first electrode(2) is pressurized towards a conductive part(130), the first electrode is inserted to the opened part of a main body. The cross-section of a main body is reduced in a pressurized direction of the first electrode. A contact surface of the first electrode and the main body is increased as the first electrode is pressurized. The pressure force is transferred to a second electrode.
