PURPOSE: A rock bolt for preventing the breaking of bedrock and a construction method thereof are provided to strongly support a structure installed on the surface of bedrock by strongly supporting and fixing a rock bolt fixed inside the bedrock. CONSTITUTION: A rock bolt(10) for preventing the breaking of bedrock comprises a thread part(14), a wing expansion piece(16), and a wing piece(18). The thread part is formed at the upper end of a bolt rod(12). The wing expansion piece is formed at the bottom of the bolt rod. The wing expansion piece has downstream extension width. The wing piece is inserted into a bolt rod between the thread part and the wing expansion piece. The wing piece has upward extension width.
