PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a glass shelf for a refrigerator using glass beads and a glass shelf manufactured by the same are provided to increase the cooling capacity of a refrigerator, streamline manufacturing processes, reduce manufacturing costs, and improve the outer appearance thereof. CONSTITUTION: A glass bead layer(120) is printed along the circumference of a top surface of a glass plate by silk screen printing. The glass bead layer is heated and fused at high temperature. The glass plate is quickly cooled by air shower. An ink layer(130) is printed along the inner rim of the glass bead layer by silk screen printing. The ink layer is dried. Hardened resin coating agent is applied and is solidified on the top of the ink layer, so an edge frame(140) is formed. |
