PURPOSE: A wind power generator with multi cycloid curve system having an eccentric shaft is provided to increase generation efficiency by the increment of the surface area which receives wind force. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generator with multi cycloid curve system having an eccentric shaft comprises a blade(200), a rotary shaft(130), a power transmission unit(120), and a generator(110). The rotary shaft rotates along the rotation of a blade. The power transmission unit transmits the rotation force of the rotary shaft. The generator produces electricity by rotation force transmitted from the rotary shaft. The rotary shaft is comprised of an outer wheel shaft(131) and an inner wheel shaft. An outer wheel shaft is formed along the trace of the rotation based on the outer wheel shaft. The inner wheel is eccentrically formed on the inside of the outer wheel. The blade is comprised of an outer wheel blade(210) and an inner wheel blade(220).
