PURGING METHOD FOR FUEL CELL SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A purging method for a fuel cell system is provided to obtain stable stack output by improving impurities discharge performance compared with conventional discharge purging and to improve fuel effienciency. CONSTITUTION: A purging method for a fuel cell system comprises the steps of: preparing a recirculation purge valve(19) to pass through hydrogen recycled at the front end of a fuel cell stack(1) in a hydrogen supply line; increasing the supply pressure of a hydrogen recycle line by driving a hydrogen recirculation blower(17) in the state where a hydrogen recirculation valve(16) is opened; and controlling the hydrogen supply pressure to a stack by opening and closing the re-cycling purge valve to perform purging within the stack by the supply hydrogen.
