PURPOSE: Functional shoes are provided, which improve finger-pressure effect and facilitates replacement of an automatic height adjusting rod. CONSTITUTION: Functional shoes comprise: a shoe sole; a plurality of automatic height adjusting rods which are formed within the shoe sole and make various finger pressure shapes inside shoes in walking; and a spring(23) which is installed within the automatic height adjusting rod and absorbs an impact applied to the body. The automatic height adjusting rod includes: an acupressure tool(21) which locates in the top and performs final finger-pressure; a height control pathway pipe(24); and a rotation projection(22). |
