<p>PURPOSE: A pre-heating hopper apparatus with a melting extruder is provided to facilitate the discharge of melted mixture by reduction in caulking due to abnormal exhaustion of steam generated from an extruder. CONSTITUTION: A pre-heating hopper apparatus is formed on an extruder(200) which extrudes the thermoplastic resin or rubber. The thermoplastic resin or rubber putting into an inlet unit of a preheating hopper(100) is heated according to heating temperature of each process toward an outlet unit.</p> |
