PURPOSE: A power supply device is provided to prevent damage to the electronic part of a load by disconnecting a rush current supplied to the load. CONSTITUTION: An AC voltage supply part(102) filters an AC voltage. A stand-by power mode operating/releasing part(104) operates and releases a stand-by mode by the AC voltage that is filtered by the AC voltage supply part. When the stand-by power mode is released, a relay driving part(106) drives a relay according to a turn-on switching signal. A voltage stabilization supply part(108) controls the AC voltage that is filtered by the AC voltage supply part based on a reference AC voltage. At least one load(110,112) receives the AC voltage outputted from the voltage stabilization supply part.
