PURPOSE: A disposable sanitary napkin is provided, which suppresses leak and exposure of secretion in the discharge process. CONSTITUTION: A disposable sanitary napkin comprises: a waterproofing pad(10) in which an absorption layer is formed in the front; and a cover member(20) to which the edge side adhered closely between the lower edge and both side edge of the waterproofing pad is connected. The cover member formed in the front side of the waterproofing pad cover the edges of the absorption layer if the cover member adhered closely to the rear side of the waterproofing pad is turned inside out and is adhered closely to the front side of the waterproofing pad.
