METHOD FOR FORECASTING GENERATING QUANTITY OF COKE OVEN GAS

PURPOSE: A method for predicting the generating quantity of coke oven gas is provided to predict the quantity of coke oven gas generating during the actual coke dry distillation process through learning of coke oven generating quantity according to the properties of blended coal and process conditions. CONSTITUTION: A method for predicting the generating quantity of coke oven gas comprises steps of: selecting an input factor from the properties of mixed fuel and a process condition in a coke oven(S10), measuring and collecting the quantity of coke oven gas generating in the condition of the input factor(S20), repetitively learning the input factor condition and the collected generating quantity through a neuro circuit network in order to determine the weighted value on the input factor(S30), and when an arbitrary input factor condition is inputted calculating and outputting the generating quantity of coke oven gas according to the weighted value(S50).
