PURPOSE: A non-adhesive invoice label and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remarkably reduce the defective rate of the product by solving the defect factor of various adhesives used for the middle sheet. CONSTITUTION: A first coating layer(12) is formed by spreading the first coating solution on the bottom of a heat sensitive sheet(11). The first coating solution is made by softening the polyolefine resin using the emulsifying agent. A second coating layer(13) is formed by spreading the bottom of the first coating layer with the second coating solution.
