PURPOSE: A stereoscopic image projection device is provided to project images to the same route by forming each left and right side images. CONSTITUTION: A display devices(141a,141b,141c) of a first image forming unit(140) forms a left-eyed image by a first polarized light. A second image forming part(150) forms the right-eyed image with a second polarized light. A polarized light dividing device(160) reflects one of the first and the second polarized light. The polarization splitting device transmits the other one. The polarization splitting device divides the light source(131) into the first and the second polarized light. The polarization splitting device projects the first and the second polarized light to the first and the second image forming part.
