PURPOSE: A halogen-free fire retardant resin composition is provided to ensure high flame retardancy and excellent heat resistance while not containing halogen-based materials. CONSTITUTION: A halogen-free fire retardant resin composition includes 35-50 parts by weight of a base resin, 35-60 parts by weight of flame retardant mixture and 5-25 parts by weight of additives. The flame retardant compound includes 23-35 parts by weight of metal hydroxide, 10-15 parts by weight of phosphorous-based flame retardant, 2-10 parts by weight of ammonium pyrophosphate or their mixture. The base resin is high-density polyethylene, polypropylene, polyolefin-based resin or derivative thereof, or thermoplastic elastomer.
