PURPOSE: A power supply device is provided to automatically disconnect an output voltage at high temperature by arranging a high temperature protection circuit in a second side output circuit. CONSTITUTION: A power supply device comprises a transformer(TF), a rectifying circuit part(20), a thermistor(40), and a shutdown part(50). The rectifying circuit part rectifies a signal, which is transferred to the secondary side coil of the transformer, into DC power. The thermistor is serially connected between the first node of the rectifying circuit part and an output terminal. The shutdown part is operated as the resistance value of the thermistor increases. The shutdown part shuts down the output signal of the rectifying circuit part.
