PURPOSE: A control equipment of plug-in hybrid cars is provided to charge an SOC(State Of Charge) of a battery using a generator controller. CONSTITUTION: A control equipment of plug-in hybrid cars comprises a generator(A28) for changing a mechanomotive force of the hybrid engine of vehicle into the electric power, a generator controller(A12) in which generator is controlled or charging battery to the outside power, a plurality of electric motor(A19,A20,A21,A22) which directly drives each wheel by using the electricity of battery, a motor controller(A14) controlling a plurality of electric motors, and an ECU(Engine Control Unit)(A4) which changes the driving mode by the driver's manipulation.
