PURPOSE: An array substrate for chip on a glass type liquid crystal display device and a method of fabricating the same are provided to prevent the wavy noise and reduce the off current within a thin film transistor. CONSTITUTION: A switching thin film transistor(STr) includes a source and drain electrode, and the end portion of the source and drain electrode completely covers the lateral side of the end portion of an active layer and an ohmic contact layer. A gate wiring(105) and a data wiring cross each other between the wirings and the gate insulating layer. First and second driving thin film transistors have identical stack structure to the switching thin film transistor at a driving region. The electrodes of the first and second thin film transistors are connected to each other.
