PURPOSE: A credit card company, a credit card member store and a credit card customer marketing system based on a location based service are provided to supply the efficient information to a credit card customer. CONSTITUTION: A credit card company server(10) ciphers customer information. An LBS(Location Based Service) provider server(20) requests LBS data to a mobile communications company server(30). The mobile communications company server receives an MS(Mobile Station) number and member store location information. The mobile communications company server transmits the marketing event information to the extracted mobile stations. Member store terminals(40) request the marketing event to the credit card company server.
