PURPOSE: A rubber product molding device is provided to reduce the time for reaching the temperature for second vulcanization by minimizing temperature decrement of rubber products and to improve the quality and productivity of products. CONSTITUTION: A rubber product molding device(10) comprises a first vulcanizing unit(100) and a second vulcanizing unit(200). The first vulcanizing unit molds rubber materials, heated by a mold, into a fixed shape. The second vulcanizing unit moves the firstly vulcanized rubber product at fixed speed and secondly vulcanizes rubber products for a fixed time at the temperature higher than the temperature of the first vulcanizing unit. The first and second vulcanizing units are arranged in one process, so the temperature decrement of the firstly vulcanized rubber is minimized before the second vulcanization.
