PURPOSE: A producing method of functional coffee using a lacquer extract without urushiol is provided to reduce side effects occurring from drinking massive amounts of coffee. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional coffee using a lacquer extract comprises the following steps: preparing the lacquer extract; crushing coffee beans; pouring water to the crushed coffee beans to obtain a coffee extract; and inserting the lacquer extract into the coffee extract.
