PURPOSE: A flux cored wire is provided to improve the mechanical properties of weld metal and to miniature the coagulation structure of the weld metal. CONSTITUTION: A flux cored wire is composed of C 0.02~0.10 weight%, Si 0.05~1.50 weight%, Mn 1.7~4.0 weight%, Ti 0.05~1.00 weight%, TiO2 5.0~8.0 weight%, Al 0.20~1.50 weight%, Al2O3 0.05~1.0 weight%, Mg 0.3~2.0 weight%, N 0.005~0.035 weight%, Fe and inevitable impurities. C, Si, Mn, Ti, TiO2, Al, Al2O3, Mg, and N are added to one or more of a steel outer cover and a flux.
