PURPOSE: An electric supply outlet of an apartment house is provided to examine light of an LED lamp to face indoor house, thereby creating environment of indoor house in the night time. CONSTITUTION: An illumination sensing sensor(40) senses brightness of natural light. If power consumption is stopped, a power sensing sensor(50) transmits a blocking signal to a control unit(60). A control unit controls an LED lamp(80) by sensing signal of the illumination sensing sensor. The control unit forcibly offs a switch unit(70) by the blocking signal. The switching unit connects or cancels power supply to a connection terminal(20). The LED lamp emits light.
