PURPOSE: A boring system for protecting a borehole wall and a boring method using the same are provided to prevent construction times and costs and prevent the collapse of the inside of the borehole wall since suspension is injected inside during boring. CONSTITUTION: A boring system for protecting a borehole wall comprises a suspension storage tank(110), an extrusion pump(120), a boring unit(130), a suction pump(140), and a screen(150). Suspension is stored in the suspension storage tank. The extrusion pump discharges the suspension stored in the suspension storage tank. The boring unit comprises a suspension supply hole and a drifter. The suspension supply hole is attached to the side of the borehole wall for the protection of the borehole wall. The drifter comprises a rod. The suction pump sucks suspension including rock fragment and ground fragmentation material. The screen eliminates rock fragment and ground fragmentation material.
