Described is a system for aligning a conveyor belt, which has a conveyor belt located over rollers in a conveyor belt frame and includes pivot members, each member being mounted in a corresponding support clamp, the pivot members being configured to support the aligning rollers located at end portions of aligning roller axles, each axle end portion being fixed in such a manner that may perform a pivot action and avoid rotation of the corresponding pivot members by means of a rotating bushing mounted over the corresponding pivot member; also includes a guide control bar with two end portions connected in such a manner that can pivot, at each end portion, a torque arm connected to the corresponding pivot member. The bar includes guide rollers located at both end portions of the conveyor belt for providing side control to the band.
