<p>An industrial knife with several acute angles of cutting edges (2) between the cutting surface (5) and the exterior surface (7) enhances cutting parameters in shearing cut, prolongs the service life of the knife and preserves the number of cutting edges with regard to knife executions having wedge angle P equal to 90 degrees. In comparison with standard knife executions with wedge angle P less than 90 degrees, the number of cutting edges (4) available on the individual cutting surface (5) is increased twice. The industrial knife with several acute angles of cutting edges (2) is shaped so that, owing to inclinations on an individual cutting surface (5), there are two cutting edges (4) on it, having acute wedge angle P.</p> |
