Machine for the wet treatment of textile fabrics in roped form

The assembly to give textile piecegoods a wet treatment process, e.g. dyeing, has a closed vessel (1) with a venturi jet (6) using a gas transport medium of air or an air/steam mixture to move the fabric (4) in a closed loop in a given direction (10). The jet has a ring jet gap, defined on one side by a jet cone with a channel passages. The dyestuff is delivered (21,39) for application to the moving fabric, in the direction of material movement, between the jet opening and a reel (5) which lifts the fabric out of the vessel dwell chamber.
