PURPOSE: A polyamide nanofiltration composite membrane having improved chlorine-resistance, and a manfacturing method thereof are provided to have excellent chlorine resistance through the design of chlorine attack. CONSTITUTION: A polyamide nanfiltration composite membrane of improved chlorine-resistance includes a polyamide layer and a porous support. The polyamide layer is formed through interfacial polymerization of multifunctional aqueous amine solution and multifunctional acid halogen compound containing solution. The multifunctional acid halogen compound containing solution includes piperidine monomer and hydrophilic polymer.
