PURPOSE: A magnetic-force rotating device using flexible water tanks is provided to enable electric energy to be infinitely produced since a power generator is connected to a magnetic-force rotating device using flexible water tanks. CONSTITUTION: For a magnetic-force rotating device using flexible water tanks, a rotary shaft(2) is mounted on a die(1) and a plurality of pipes(3) are installed on the rotary shaft. A plurality of flexible water tanks(4) are mounted on the pipes and protective tanks(6) are coved so that the water tanks can raise without falling. Linear bearings(7) are installed on the protective tanks so that the water tanks can smoothly make raising and rotation movements. In rotation, the linear bearing climbs a fixed rail(8). In rotation, the water tank is contracted, the water moves to the water tank through the pipe. The fixed rail raises the linear bearing. The fixed rail makes the water in the upper water tank not move to the upper water tank.
