PURPOSE: A mobile communication system and a handover performing method are provided to enable a terminal to know a parameter related when handover between a call control servers, thereby smoothly performing a handover. CONSTITUTION: A first call control server(21) determines whether other FA(Frequency Assignment) is a pre-included FA or not. If other FA is not a pre-included FA, the first control server determines a call control server included in other FA. The first call control server transmits a call setup request. A second call control server(22) receives the call setting request from the first call control server. The second call control server transmits a call setting response including FA information about other FA to the first call control server.
