PURPOSE: A fluorine resin-coated punch of a tablet press is provided to prevent sticking, binding, capping, laminating, and cracking during tablet pressing by coating the tips of upper and lower punches and a die with fluorine resin. CONSTITUTION: A fluorine resin-coated punch of a tablet press comprises upper and lower punches and a die(13). An upper punch tip(11) and a lower punch tip(12) and the die are coated with fluorine resin. Therefore, the wear and corrosion resistances of the punch tips and the die are improved by the characteristics of fluorine resin, including non-viscosity, low friction coefficient, wear resistance, and releasability. |
