<p>The device has a ventilation unit (10) including a helical fan (11) and for pulsating air. A tapered air conditioning unit (20) is partially inserted in an external auditory canal and supplies pulsated air to the canal, so as to evacuate the air towards an exterior of the canal. Another tapered air conditioning unit includes a single supply channel that has diameter less than diameter of the canal. The supply channel has walls that include a set of openings. The former tapered air conditioning unit includes another supply channel (21) and an evacuation outlet (22).</p>
