PURPOSE: An advanced rectifier circuit and an inverter having a rectifier circuit is provided to rectify AC power by outputting the AC power through first and second diode. CONSTITUTION: A first diode(111) has a cathode connected to one side of a power source. A second diode(112) has a cathode connected to other side of the power source. The second diode has an anode connected to the anode of the first diode. A smoothing unit(120) makes the AC power which is rectified from the rectifier smooth to output DC power. A transformer boosts the AC power.
