<p>The invention relates to a building structure made of prefabricated elements meant for individual dwellings. According to the invention, the structure comprises some pillars and beams having the same cross-section type, being formed of three wood slats (1), assembled in the shape of double "T", with a thickness-width ratio X-3X, said cross-section allowing a spatial mounting and the carrying out of joints of the type of pillar-foundation joint, pillar-beam joint, beam-beam joint, beam-pillar-beam joint by using three metal pieces (2, 3 and 4) by means of screws, in case of a pillar-foundation joint, on a beam base (5) made of concrete, there being located a base (6) whereto there is assembled a pillar (7) by means of one of the three metal pieces (2), the cross-section in the shape of a double "T" allowing the formation of some external walls having two air cushions (11 and 12) at the outer side and at the inner side, respectively, with the thickness X, and a core (13) of mineral wool having a thickness 3X.</p> |
