FIELD: cutting tools with cutting tip removably mounted in holder. SUBSTANCE: cutting tool includes holder with body, main jaw integrated with body of holder, clamping jaw integrated with body of holder. Jaws are arranged one opposite to another and form slit between them for fixing cutting tip. Holder includes supporting surface and shift surface designed for engaging with wrench in such a way that shifting effort applied between above mentioned surfaces for their mutual displacement causes directed outside elastic axial shift of clamping jaw relative to main one for inserting cutting tip in slit between jaws and for removing tip out of it.
