FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed installation has reservoir with water, device for delivering water into cylindrical hollow reactor, and steam line to bring steam out of reactor. Reactor housing is made in form of double high-temperature metal walls able to withstand internal pressure of P = 250 kg/cm . reactor has electric spark plug arranged in upper wall of reactor combustion chamber. Device delivering water into reactor is made in form of pressure regulator-high pressure pump able to withstand pressure of 250 kg/cm and passing water in one direction to reactor, lower side branch pipe to direct water into reactor, combustion chamber and nozzles arranged on its inner side wall in upper part of reactor combustion chamber. Installation is furnished additionally with two separate reservoirs for organic fuel-kerosene and for oxidizer-oxygen. Reservoir are connected by fuel pipelines through high pressure regulators able to withstand pressure up to 250 kg/cm , with upper branch pipes to let in kerosene and oxygen located in upper wall of reactor housing and connected, respectively, with nozzles for kerosene and oxygen arranged in upper part of reactor combustion chamber. Steam pipeline is secured in reactor bottom. Installation can be used for generating high parameter steam for rotating steam turbines, generating of power and heating of dwelling houses.
