FIELD: grinding of grain products in manufacture of formula feed. SUBSTANCE: the device uses a rotor and a working chamber body. The working chamber body is installed for free rotation relative to the rotor axis, limited by torque measuring devices. The working chamber body is built up of a transparent cover, shell and a faceplate; the faceplate has at least one groove aligned with the rotor axis for installation of the shell, the transparent cover has a charging opening in the rotor axis, and the rotor is furnished with a replaceable set of tools. A circular groove is made at the end of the faceplate. The shell is made in the form of a sieve. The faceplate within the shell has a mirror surface.
