PURPOSE: A reception signal modulation method and a device thereof are provided to prevent the delay of a signal processing process by reducing computational complexity in order to estimate a transmission signal from a received signal. CONSTITUTION: A relay device compares the channel frequency response power between a base station and a relay device with the channel frequency response power between the base station and a user terminal(110). The relay device selects a signal which has small channel frequency response power based on the comparison result(120). A symbol corresponding to a reference symbol is determined(130). The relay device estimates a signal which is transmitted from the base station and the user terminal(140). The relay device executes a complex domain network coding for the estimated signal(150). The coded signal is transmitted to the base station and the user terminal(160).
