The machine has a displacement unit formed of a flexible left strip (11G) and a flexible right strip (11D) and provided with a fixing unit for fixing a part i.e. foot, of a body of a user. A variation unit formed of a cylinder changes an elastic deformation capacity e.g. flexion property, of the displacement unit. A control unit controls the variation unit, where the control unit is offset from the displacement unit. The variation unit is provided with a stem directed according to a longitudinal axis of the displacement unit.
