PURPOSE: A producing method of yellow soil-green tea salt is provided to offer the massive amount of minerals and green tea components to the salt by spraying green tea to bay salt and heating. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of yellow soil-green tea salt comprises the following steps: spraying 20~30wt% of greed tea to bay salt; inserting the bay salt into a yellow soil container, and roasting for 7~8hours at 600~800deg C; firstly spraying the greed tea to the obtained yellow soil-green tea salt; and secondly spraying the greed tea again to the obtained yellow soil-green tea salt, and drying. |
