PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing an aged subscriber using a mechanical security service are provided to rapidly control the death or sudden accident of the subscriber. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber main device(2a-2n) senses the activity of a subscriber and transmits a sensed signal to a control center server(40). A control center server receives the activity state signal of the subscriber and the security situation signal from the subscriber main device. The control center server generates a dispatch signal and a telephone paging about the corresponding subscriber for a preset time.
