The manhole (1) has a cubic body formed by injection of plastic material. Concentric/non concentric rings (2) are projected towards exterior by forming a set of openings. Another set of openings (9) is formed at corners of an upper closing lid (5) and corners of an upper base plate of the manhole. A seal assures sealing of the lid and is pressed by a peripheral apron supported inside a peripheral wing. A lifting piece has an upper base plate similar to that of the manhole to allow assembly and fixation of the lid. The lifting piece is assembled on the manhole to increase height of the manhole.
