PURPOSE: Diet corn mixed with black soybeans and oligosaccharide, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable an eater from over-eating, and to reduce the body weight. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of diet corn mixed with black soybeans comprises the following steps: inserting 2kg of corn into a puffed rice machine after drying, and roasting; inserting 2kg of black soybeans into the puffed rice machine after drying, and roasting; inserting the roasted black soybeans to a grinder, and producing black soybeans powder; mixing 100g of oligosaccharide, 2kg of roasted corn, and 1kg of roasted black soybean powder using a rolling container; and drying the obtained product.
