The invention relates to a vaccine adjuvant used for increasing the efficiency of antiviral, antibacterial and anti-parasite vaccines, both in humans and animals. According to the invention, the vaccine adjuvant comprises, as active substances, ethanolamine derivatives, pharmaceutically acceptable salts or esters thereof, wherein the ethanolamine derivatives are, preferably, an N-alkylated derivative or an ester thereof, preferably, a phthalic or an aminophthalic acid ester, and ethanolamine salts and the salts of the derivatives thereof are acid addition salts with anorganic acids, preferably chorohydrate salts. |
