摘要 <p>The process of depositing a material in a solid porous ceramic oxide substrate, comprises contacting precursors of a material with a fluid under pressure to obtain a medium, passing the medium to a filter constituting the substrate, and thermally treating the substrate under oxidation, reduction and inert atmosphere. The deposit is present in the form of a continuous or discontinuous film with a porous substrate surface, a substrate coating, a complete or partial filling of the porous substrate and/or a deposit of scattered particles. The fluid is carbon dioxide and/or water. The process of depositing a material in a solid porous ceramic oxide substrate, comprises contacting precursors of a material with a fluid under pressure to obtain a medium, passing the medium to a filter constituting the substrate, and thermally treating the substrate under oxidation, reduction and inert atmosphere. The deposit is present in the form of a continuous or discontinuous film with a porous substrate surface, a substrate coating, a complete or partial filling of the porous substrate and/or a deposit of scattered particles. The fluid is carbon dioxide, water and/or an organic or inorganic solvent. When the final material is: a metal or metal alloy, the precursor is a metal salt, alkoxide or organometallic complex; simple or mixed oxide, the precursor is alkoxide, organometallic complex and metal salts obtained from dissolution of organic solvents such as alkoxides, complexes or salts; and polymer, the precursor is monomer, oligomer or prepolymer. The precursors of material are further contacted with other reagents including reducing agents, oxidizing agents, water, acids, bases and/or surfactants. The substrate is a monochannel or multi-channel tubular membrane, a planar membrane, a membrane in the form of foam, a honeycomb membrane and a membrane comprising fibers and/or capillaries, an amorphous or crystalline inorganic substrate, an organic substrate or an organic-inorganic substrate. The passage of the medium is produced in a filtration module whose filtration membrane is constituted of the substrate. An independent claim is included for a device (1) for depositing a material in a solid porous ceramic oxide substrate.</p>
